I was in need of getting Palm Leaves (just a few days) before Palm Sunday and Emma who picked up the phone was so helpful. She wasn't only kind, but she was knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me. Every time I've gone into this Greenhouse I've always had a great experience, but today was another reason why I continue to come back. We need more Emma's in this world that truly care about people and go above and beyond.
I absolutely love Cerbo's for all of my spring and summer plants, but a special THANK YOU for the incredible customer service from Kris today. My employees gave me a generous gift card in December 2024, and I was looking for the email to redeem the certificate for some last-minute Christmas gifts this week. I couldn't find the email with the gift card link anyplace, and Kris was able to locate the gift card in her system and re-issue to me within an hour of my phone call. It could have been so easy to tell me I was out of luck for the lost card....but she went above and beyond in a busy season to help me. This type of service is why I shop local! Thank you Kris and Tyler!!
